Once your pieces are ready for delivery they will be dispatched in one or two working days. Once dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking information if desired. Delivery time is normally around eight to 15 days. Under rare circumstances if delivery of goods does get delayed from the shipping companies’ end and we are not liable for the same but our support to get it delivered will be there and you can get in touch with us anytime anyday..
Exchange Policy All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

However, Exchange are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product does not match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. Each exchange request is handled on a case by case basis.

Note - All our products are transit insured, so it’s mandatory to make a parcel opening video.Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges/returns. However, we can assure you that we are always here to answer any query you might have before placing an order. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of an incorrect items subject to be informed within 24hrs of product delivery along with mandatory parcel opening video on our Whatsapp number +91 81093 13403/ email us - care.lablewhore@gmail.com. Tampered Videos will not be accepted.

Cancellations, Returns & Refund PolicyCancellations Policy :  After the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject/cancel an order at any point of time without stating any reason for the same. 

Refund Policy : We understand that circumstances may lead to changes in your purchase decisions. Refunds will be issued only if a paid order is canceled within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please note that after this period, we cannot guarantee a refund as orders may already be in the process of being prepared or shipped.

To request a cancellation and refund within the stipulated time frame, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and it may take a 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to make changes to our refund policy without prior notice. For any further queries regarding refunds or cancellations, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Note: In cancellation of any prepaid order within the specified time period , the refund amount will be subject to 5% deduction.

Note : Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.).

Additionally, please mention details about the damaged merchandise on the delivery receipt instead of signing it as ‘received’.

Can I get a discount? Unfortunately, we do not offer any discount. Whether you order one piece or multiple pieces the prices remain the same. We do our best to make sure that the prices of our products are at par with the quality of our fabrics and the rigorous craftsmanship that goes into the making. You can rest assured about the quality and finishing of the products.
What are the delivery charges for shipping across which countries?Please check the checkout page for the detailed information.
Do you ship USA , UK? Absolutely! We deliver shipments all over the world.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Sorry, we don’t offer Cash on Delivery of our products currently . But trust us, you will love the quality of our productsand craftsmanship!
